We are offering a full range of General Order Supplies, Building Repair & Maintenance services, Pest Control services & Building Facilities Management services.

MI Enterprises’s Code of Conduct outlines the legal and ethical standards of conduct that it expects its employees to comply with while carrying out their duties on behalf of the Company.

We acknowledge that this Code of conduct cannot anticipate every situation that our employees may face on the work. Therefore, the employees are advised to seek additional information from the management before taking any action when confronted with such a situation.

1 . PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The employees should avoid engaging in the activities that are or can create a conflict of interest with the company. A “conflict of interest” can occur when the personal interest of an employee overtakes the interest of the Company in any way.

GIFTS, BRIBES and KICKBACKS

MI Enterprises expects its employees to act in the best interests of The Company and obtain the best deal in all the business transactions.

The employees must not accept gifts from the businesses or individuals who are doing or intending to do business with Service Square, either openly or secretly, without the prior written approval from the General Manager. If any such goods are received without consent and approval is not granted, the employee must return the gift to the individual by whom it was provided.

Similarly, the employees are not entitled to offer gifts, gratuities, commissions or other payments to the Company’s existing or prospective customers or contractors without the prior written approval of the General Manager.

The employee or contractor who receives or pays any form of bribe and kickbacks from the third parties will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with laws and regulations. The violation of the terms Employee Code of Conduct by any individual will be considered a criminal offence and may lead to disciplinary action, suspension from office or dismissal.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

Over the course of engagement with MI Enterprises, the employees may be exposed to confidential information about The Company, its clients, suppliers, and contractors.

The Company expects its employees to maintain the confidentiality of information, until or unless the disclosure is authorized by the competent authority.

“Confidential information” may include any information that may be harmful to the company and its clients if disclosed.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

All the employees are bound to comply with all the rules and regulations and the applicable laws. Hence they must understand what the law requires, the importance of complying with it, and the consequences of noncompliance to it.

2 . PERSONAL CONDUCT

UNIFORM POLICY and DRESS CODE

MI Enterprises has developed a Uniform Policy and Dress Code for its employees to give them a professional and recognizable image to the clients and suppliers and ensure their health and safety in a diverse work environment.

The employees are expected to wear the business apparel in compliance with the Uniform Policy and Dress Code and maintain a neat and modest appearance.

We expect our employees to understand that when wearing the uniform, they will be representing the Company, and therefore they should ensure that their behavior and actions reflect their commitment and strict adherence to the values defined by the Company.

BULLYING AND DISCRIMINATION

MI Enterprises has zero-tolerance policy over harassment, bullying and discrimination and expects its employees to be reasonable, impartial and non-discriminatory in all of their dealings within the Company to create a positive and respectful working environment.

OBJECTIONABLE LANGUAGE

MI Enterprises expects its employees not to use objectionable language at any time, whilst inside or outside the Company.

3 . USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY, INFORMATION & RESOURCES

PROTECTION AND PROPER USE OF COMPANY ASSETS

All employees are expected to protect the Company’s assets from loss, damage, removal and waste and ensure their efficient use. Company’s assets should be used for business purposes only.

REPORTING OF UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR

MI Enterprises expects its employees to promote ethical behavior and encourage them to communicate any misconduct, conflict of interest, or illegal activity with the authorized authorities of the Company.

All the issues reported to the management are confidential and will be entertained immediately.

AMENDMENT

Only the authorized authorities of MI Enterprises are entitled to make any amendments to or waiver of this Code of Conduct. If the amendment to or waiver of this Code of Conduct is made, disclosure will be made accordingly.
